Meteorologist Rick Reichmuth created the world’s first smart umbrella with Bluetooth, which can be wirelessly connected to a smartphone. In conjunction with a special application to track weather changes, a smart umbrella is able to remind the owner about himself so that he does not leave the house without protection from potential rain. The unforgettable umbrella from Rick Reichmuth is the result of three years of research, sketching and testing, which makes it “the best umbrella ever created,” according to the developers.
The new clever umbrella with Bluetooth withstands extreme weather conditions and strong gusts of wind, in which it is helped by Teflon coating and a frame made of strong fiberglass. Umbrella can withstand wind gusts at speeds up to 88 km / h. The presence of the Bluetooth sensor gives the smart umbrella one more important advantage in comparison with the usual analogs: it can not be accidentally forgotten, since the application will immediately warn about the loss.
An unforgettable umbrella with Bluetooth is prepared in two versions: in the classic in the form of the long cane and a more compact version for transportation in a backpack or a ladies’ bag. Such an umbrella can become a part of everyday life, promptly informing about the need to take it with you. Weatherman app synchronizes with the umbrella in real time, responding to rainy forecasts before its owner walks out of the door without protection.
